Step 1
Register Your Device
Go to our website, circleit.us and click "circle my device" to get started. CircleIT sends an order confirmation to your email with a QR code to be scanned at FedEx for shipping.
Step 2
Wipe Device
Securely wipe device of sensitive data using our automated 1-click self-erasure before dropping the device at any FedEx Print and Ship Center.
Step 3
Ship at FedEx
Take your device and QR code to a FedEx Print and Ship Center. A trained professional will then securely pack and ship the device, preserving product quality and integrity.
Step 4
Environmental Impact
CircleIT will refurbish the device, confirm data erasure and find your device a new home. Monitor the status of your device using our TrackIT portal and view your environmental impact.
